Yes, with 3 other USB sticks.
Same result.

Today, after your reply i used another USB drive (same result) but i clicked direct from the start (when the icon INSTALL is visible) it start's the install wizzard. From the moment that it should change the partition it stops.

Did you try  a new download of the LL 4.0 .iso or just another USB stick? Maybe you should download LL 4.0 again and see how it goes., just so you can confirm and discard it's not a corrupted  .iso downloaded isssue. Have you tried LL 4.0 in virtualbox? This might be helpful too when narrowing the possible causes for your issue to happen.
