[member=8182]newonlinux[/member] I think you will find Manjaro has an advantage on Ubuntu in the AUR (Arch User Repository). Simply put an ordinary user like ourselves will have downloaded the program, installed it with all it's dependencies/tweaks and then created an installation package which is submitted to the Arch devs and if good enough, added to the AUR. Hence the one-click solution.
Ubuntu only has it's main and partner repositories and doesn't allow users to submit packages like that. So if it ain't in the ubuntu repos we are stuck with doing the complicated install ourselves.
