Skypeforlinux - File has unexpected size (2248 != 2466)

I got another error log. I don't have a diff between them. At the end of Jerry's post on how to fix Software Updates, he writes:

"Skype was removed as the clean removes partially downloaded packages, as per the error info, which says it is Skype that was partially downloaded. If you reinstall Skype then using [member=2]Jerry[/member] solution."

Was I supposed to reinstall Skype? I didn't, yet. Is the "[member=2]Jerry[/member] solution" to then follow the same steps, after reinstalling Skype?
