As you have made your LIVE USB begin on step #3 of above link, instead of pressing F10 you may need to press the ESC key instead (I read on HP website for Stream 11 you need to press ESC key to enter BIOS on startup).

Your awesome. It was the legacy option. Installing LL4.0 as we speak.
