Restricted Extras can be installed via Menu>System>Lite Software

In Software and Updates I do not have Ubuntu Extras displayed as an option to tick or untick, and it is running fine.
Edit - The Ubuntu maintainer page for extras Ubuntu seems to be to do with PPA's, the PPA in your results is Wine. I don't have Wine installed, I only know it can be used for some Windows programs to run on Linux, I only know this from seeing threads on this forum, but I have not used it myself.
