boot times

Linux Lite 4.0 needs about 70 seconds to boot  (from grub-entry to login-screen).
How can I accelerate it ?

Other distros on my PC need about 25 to 32 seconds.
antix 25 seconds,  linux-mint19xfce 32 seconds,  peppermint9 32 seconds.
