Hello,
I created my LL 4.0 4 GB USB stick with Etcher 1.4.4 and it worked perfectly.
Previously I had problem with a 32 GB USB stick.
May be have a look on BIOS parameters, as UEFI must be completely disabled.
Parameters setting may differs on each PC.
