Are you kidding? It's impossible to install Linux without existing Ethernet & Wireless LAN! Everything works out-of-the-box in any Linux. Strange enough you had to reconfigure your Wi-Fi and printer.

I guess you were just unlucky. I had the reverse experience with multiple machines. Not having WiFi on other distros but worked in LiLi 3.x.
Also, I never had a machine yet (cross fingers) where the ethernet did not work in a live boot or on first install (no updates).

I found your way to called Linux Lite "LiLi" even friendlyer. I'm addopting it. Wink
