I don't speak German (?). But good chance that if you installed and chose a different language than English, this is what crashed the install.
This also happens in other languages.
You have to install in English then follow the steps on the Lite Welcome screen.
Then, install your language at the Language step.
Also note that when asked to change folder names to your language afterwards, I suggest you say "No", this is also "broken", well at least in some languages, you maybe lucky
