You could probably run sudo apt autoremove as suggested in the terminal response or use Lite Tweaks remove the old kernels if you want

Install - Confirm says installed as its looking as if its not
Update Defs
If Error
ERROR: /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is locked by another process
Then (remove the log)
Then
Wait for finish then Scan
Once scan completes you will open the text file in your home directory...
