Also, that's only the scanner driver. You will need the printer driver too, they are two separate packages.
Go here http://download.ebz.epson.net/dsc/search...archModule and select Linux in the dropdown box, type xp-245 in the search box and press your enter key, it will take you to the downloads for your printer. There is 3 files to download, the printer driver, the Epson printer utility, and the scanner driver. The readme files tell you how to install them.
