Suffering occasional system freezes

Thanks for the system report, let's hope someone take a look into it and provide some input. All I see is that laptop uses Sky Lake Integrated Graphics and reading on the web I found some people reported having problems with it while others stated it worked just fine. Just one thing, next time when asked for attach something use the option for that which is placed just bellow the reply box
