Skype loads but wont work

I'm not having any issues with 8.9.0.1 version. In Skype, click on Help, Report a Problem.

One of the minimum specs are:

Processor:
An Intel Pentium 4 processor or later that's SSE2 and SSE3 capable

Open a terminal and do:

cat /proc/cpuinfo

and look to see if you have sse2 and or sse3 and let us know.
