Indeed. You can install it by opening a terminal and typing:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:qbittorrent-team/qbittorrent-stable

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install qbittorrent
Also, if you're more a "compile myself" guy rather than adding PPAs to your source.list, source code is available on its website
I used it on Windows and Debian Jessie and like Utorrent I didn't like it either. I'm telling you man, Tixati rules! Well, at least it does for meĀ
