Ralphy, I have to assume that Preload isn't installed on my laptop since I checked in Synaptic and it shows it isn't installed. I've searched my file system and there are no files with the word "preload" in them anywhere on my laptop.
As for version of SeaMonkey, I'm running 2.48, which to the best of my knowledge is the latest release.
About 2 months ago, I attempted to install Preload Apps via Lite Tweaks. I received an error the first 2 or 3 times I set it up. I don't recall the exact error, but I do recall that it basically stated that preload had not been successfully installed, so ran it one more time and it DID seem to come to a normal conclusion. I waited 6 weeks or so for everything to work, but never did get SeaMonkey to Preload for me. Then after posting on here and getting a couple of things to read from Jerry I found that Preload wasn't even installed.
At this point I'm calling this resolved since I know Preload is NOT installed and that's what I initially wanted to accomplish with this thread. The first screenshot below shows 'preload' not installed in Synaptic. The second screenshot is the result of a files search for "preload".
