Hmmm. I read that over a couple of times, Jerry. It seemed that part of the problem might have been that I have no "preload.conf" or "preload.log" files on my PC. So I checked in Synaptic for the "preload" package and it's not even installed. Guess that might explain why I'm having problems.
So "preload" isn't installed by default, but in "Lite Tweaks", "Preload Apps" is an option? How's that work?
