I just addressed installing Seamonkey by adding the Ubuntuzilla PPA in the thread, "browsers."  It shows how to edit the sources.list file.  You can just remove the "n" from "ndeb," so it reads, "deb  http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project...ozilla/apt all main"
