Thank you to all three. I managed to rename (although also put one of the restore points into the highlighted area - not sure if/how to move it back, but this isn't a concern 
I ended up doing what Firenice03 suggested with adding in what Steve said. I did first try what Mike said and I think once I right clicked I should have "selected all" then typed my new name, however since I wasn't completely sure I bailed and did what I first mentioned.
I have really appreciated the prompt and knowledgeable advice/help I have received to date which is so beneficial and crucial for a new user. This forum is invaluable. ;D
