How do I mount an ntfs Drive

Here is screenshot shown on Win10 tutorial I referenced before:



When you ran through instructions, did you click on area shown by yellow "Click On" area in that screenshot to "change settings that are currently unavailable"?  Or did you just uncheck the Fast Startup box under "Shutdown Setting"?

If all else fails, disable ability of Windows to hibernate at all using this tutorial.
