I agree with LinuxNoob it is best to get the screw out.
have you tried , turning the laptop off, and gently tilting vertically rotating to move the screw nearer to where you can grab it ?
Is it the antenna cable connector came off the board, or a connector became disconnected from the cable ?
Here the man changes the wireless card, it shows how he removes the connectors and replaces them to the new (or the same) board.

It looks easily to do this, the problem is the screw astray.
When off and laptop vertical (different angles) tap some keyboard keys to make vibrations see if it moves the screw.
