How do I get a usb stick with linuxlite 3.4 to boot up on a windows 10 HP?

To access boot order from startup: From Manual http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04774205
2. Access BIOS:
For computers or tablets with keyboards attached:
▲ Turn on or restart the computer or tablet, quickly press esc, and then press f9 for boot options.

USB should be plugged in prior to booting

If you plan to install LL to the drive and if you haven't yet turn off fast booting in Windows:
