I do hope I can change your mind in wanting to know how to do it!
Especially if
* that computer is connected to the internet?
* this is the only account, i.e. usually also used for administrative (root) tasks via sudo?
* there is any kind of personal data stored on this laptop?
For security reason I urge you not to do it! Convenience is sometimes the opposite of best practice. Even normal IT users need to learn the basics, like anyone you wants to drive a car needs to learn it - for their own safety/secuity as well as the people around them.
There is a possibility to configure Linux Lite to auto login. Maybe this would be a solution for you. However, who is taking care of updating the system on a regular basis?
