Enlarge upper panel size

Why am I not getting any help on this problem
The replies I have recieved do not pertain to the upper panel
This panel is on all windows

Why does not one of the moderators answer this help with problem

You have received help on the panel from both torreydale and me. A panel in XFCE is a panel. It does not matter if you put it is on the top, bottom, or side of the desktop. The adjustments are the same as torreydale confirmed. The panel will show all the time unless you tweak it in the panel preferences to hide.

The moderators may not had a reason to help because your panel question was answered.  :-\

I do not know what you mean by "it has a shutdown x two arrows to change the screen size and a - to shut down the screen-in the middle  list the current screen." Maybe it needs to be a separate topic.  :-[
