Once java is installed..
should show an output similar to this
dad@TRCD-LLMini:$ java -version
java version "1.8.0_91"
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_91-b14)
Java HotSpot™ Client VM (build 25.91-b14, mixed mode)
If you need the java control panel after its installed you can run the following in terminal..(it will open a GUI)
