Linux Lite 3.0 Final Released

Another update to Lite Themes.

There is now more continuity across the theme.

Before Firefox menus were white, they're now blue.
Before LibreOffice menus were white, they're now blue.
Before Thunderbird menus were white, they're now blue.
Before Firewall menus were white, they're now blue.

And importantly, tray icon menus are now all blue too.



Having a Lite Themes package in LL 3.0 has made life SO much easier to deploy fixes now.
Things will continue to improve

Don't want them blue. They need to be white against whatever the panel color is. To have blue blocks like that doesn't look right.
Are the blue blocks optional?
