I'm not sure what you're asking here and that screen shot looks like xubuntu. I'm assuming you're showing something that looks like what you have installed now.
The easiest way to install would be to burn it to disk. I used to have problems with USB installers(not now) but I would default to a burned copy on disk.
Remember burn it as an image not data disk.
oh If you're not sure how to partition the drives just use the automatic options that come with the installer.
