I downloaded it from Git and installed it manually

Ubuntu center lettering is what I find to not agree with most dark themes.

Then there is always the Firefox tabs that go wonky as well.

However it gives a windows10 look to the widgets and it does darken them more. Like I said not many dark themes pan out for what my preference require. It's the one thing I just can't get 100% perfect.
