Firefox crashes

Thanks Linux Noob, but I have tried all that. Filed reports tried the various suggestions however nothing seems to solve the problem. After searching the internet and various other forums it seems I am not alone with this problem. For now Google Chrome will be my default browser. Everything just works. No spending a lot of time trying to fix this and that. I had trouble in the past with freeze ups where nothing worked and had to use the REISUB Alt-Prt SCT option to get out of it. I managed to solve that however I don`t remember what I did to solve it. They say there are two things that go when you get old. First is the memory and I don`t remember what the second is.
