Fiddling with things like I always do if I'm curious about something I found where it reads the text for the message box from...well I think I did, lol.
libxfce4panel-1.0.so.4.0.0 & libxfce4panel-2.0.so.4.0.0 seem to be where the message resides.
Can change that text but it breaks the panel & it won't start after that until I put the 2 original files back
