Installing ufile 2015 didn't work this time. It seems that they have changed the software program to look like their online website. Meaning the Ufile software now takes advantage of the .net framework...
I suspect they and all the other tax software programs that offer online services adapting to changes made with CRA.
2014 looked closer to a program compiled and ran natively and wine seemed to have the ability to run it, but now as it looks to me that the software is more like a offline browser that takes advantage of xml style webpages. In other words the software purchased looks identacle to the online free Ufile service.
