Can't get Flash to work in Chromium

Chromium has a preferences section that needs flash adjustment. You probably have both loaded now.

Mine is set:

[table][tr][td][table][tr][td]Adobe Flash Player - Version: 20.0.0.286Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0[/td][/tr][/table][/td][/tr][/table]

Can you tell me where please for I have searched high & Low though the Settings Menu and can find no mention of Flash anywhere
