oh dear, now I've done it! 
Well, @pauloz, it (LL 2.8 beta) seemed just so much the same with only a couple of tweaks. Now don't misunderstand me, I do like LL ... a lot! But the tweaks for 2.8 beta did not seem to be needed for me ... that's "for me". For others it is just what is needed, but for me, I have everything I want in LL 2.6. I know the new version of LL into the ver 3 series will have a bit more because I have faith in the developers that as they target a wider windoze audience they will include more "tweaks" to grab and tease them to come to Linux. Plus there are all the "solved" questions here in the forum to consider either including or ignoring in the next version series.
So my two cups of coffee (caffeine) is really getting me thinking and that could be a bit of a give-away for when I want to be just so much a "dippy older lady".
