Congrats -- you've finally got it working!

If you move the 30_os-prober as described and run update-grub again you'll eliminate the non-working LL entries.  Nothing should break by doing that.

When you install PCLOS, just direct it's grub to its root partition like you did with the others.  Assuming you're correct that it uses grub legacy, EasyBCD should be able to add a working menu entry for it.  If you're wrong and it uses grub2, then just boot into Mint and update grub again to add it to the Mint menu.  (Ofcourse, you'll need to have 30_os-prober back in its normal position before doing that, otherwise it won't find PCLOS.)
