I have used MultiBoot a Linux native program with 100% success: http://liveusb.info/dotclear/-- http://liveusb.info/multisystem/install-...sh.tar.bz2 It can be installed via Synaptic as well.

I used a 16GB USB stick, loaded 20 different distros and one with persistance with no issues at all.

It is a LinuxLive Creator for windows.
I have not had issues with either 3 of these programs.
