The rescuers were more than capable of handling this. There was no need for him to be there, just wanted to take advantage over the situation for political goals. Even without the cap on his head.

It was closed after that event and the work on the bridge continued.
The bridge was so well done that the concrete started to crack last month.

And that's just the top of an iceberg. It always amazed me how my people can take all this.
During the 90's there was a worst episode of hyperinflation in history. Between October 1, 1993 and January 24, 1995 prices increased by 5 quadrillion percent. This number is a 5 with 15 zeroes after it. We survived that. The inflation was so bad that the prices were changing several times a day. I actually had these bills:

One day you could buy a 20 eggs and the next day it was worth 2 eggs. Sancions hurt the people more than the government.
