LinSSID and iwScanner are other options if you're looking for wifi analyzer tools.

In Windows, I was familiar with NetStumbler, Wifi Info View, and Xirrus.  In Android, I'm familiar with Wifi Analyzer.  If you do a search on Linux alternatives to any of those tools, you'll find some good options.  It's how I got the ones I've listed so far.
