These entries are saved in the file ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks
After making a backup:
Code:cp ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks.ori
you can edit the file:
Code:leafpad ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks
Changes show up immediately in Thunar as soon as you save them. I never had them reappear after a reboot.
