I tried to extract using sudo tar and got this:
brian@brian-laptop:~/Downloads$ sudo tar -xzvf rt3290sta-2.6.0.0.dkms.tar /usr/src/
[sudo] password for brian:
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
brian@brian-laptop:~/Downloads$
What is the correct command?
Thanks
