From personal experience, in Linux Lite I use uNetBootin to create bootable usb media.  From Windows I used rufus (https://rufus.akeo.ie).  You can see how to use rufus here:

I would recommend that you make sure your *.iso file matches the MD5Sum numbers seen here: https://www.freecinema2022.gq/download.html#current and that you use a 2GB or higher capacity USB drive.
