Don't know answer to Remmina key issues -- sorry.
Did a search on SIP and got this: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/...175416322/. Seems like that poster tried a bunch of programs and says this one worked: sflphone.
I don't know if this search engine works in Italian, but if you don't mind English answers try using Linux Beginner Search Engine.
