I have LL 2.4 installed with grub2 bootloader installed on sda1.
I have windows installed with legacy boot on sdd2.
Grub down not show the windows partition.
When the grub screen shows on boot, my only option is LL.
If I go into the bios boot options screen I can select the "windows boot manager" option and windows will boot.
I ran the os-prober command but it didn't find the windows partition.
I ran update-grub2 but still no windows in the list.
The output of fdisk -l shows an asterisk for boot on the sda1 linux partition, but it doesnt show any asterisk in the windows partition. Yet it boots from the bios boot options menu.
Should I install grub2 to the windows sdd2 boot partition?
How can I add windows to my grub2 menu?
