Maybe some bug: first start is OK, but after Exit and start again lite-controlcenter 0050 start fail.

Update: now 0050 works again, I am dont understand about this issue. )) Sorry!

Update 2: 0050 dont start if 4G modem connection is disabled! If 4G connection is enabled all OK!
