the md5 hash matches on both the LL 2.2 and 2.4 iso...no problems there
yes..either way...i can perform an install before i try to log out of a live session and
then it wants to restart...i click on it and the same...it hangs...i reset
the pc and go to desktop...try to logoff...hangs...freezes...error comes later
i changed the bus id numbers to 0...i thought it was maybe a hardware id number(like a mac address)...specific to each board...if its not and its integral to solving this issue, let me know and i'll post em
I tried uefi and legacy and legacy is the only one that works on boot
I tried the ctrl..alt method and the screen went totally black...locked up to a blinking cursor in the corner
i like lubuntu but its just not the same when you use LL...it just doesnt have the right amount of software that LL does. Xubuntu is fine but its a little slower loading that Lubuntu and LL. Same RAM usage but still slower loading I noticed.

Do you have the shutdown problem on both the live USB and the installation you performed?
