Why would a child/granny/newcomer need a power user gadget?

These youngster have no experience of the real word in their
living/existing in their isolated Ivory Towers, when did they ever listen to us users their customers!

But I have pointed out three what I consider serious problems and none have been addressed.
I'm feeling very "on the ball" a bit as I slept for 14 hrs last night.
