I'll be very short in my comment here. LL is the best, easiest, most comfortable distro I've used. And believe me : I've tried almost EVERY distro in existance 
Everything just works OOTB, it's fast, it's friendly and it's beautiful. The only two things I've changed are the fonts (changed to "arial") and the wallpaper. Also I've installed LMMS and some add-ons in FireFox. For the rest this is stock LL.
Hopefully the same politics will be used in the future.
