trinidad gave me an idea.
Try rebooting your router, I had similar issues on WiFi on my last router and/or if on WiFi, try with a physical cable.
I'm biased, but if you have an old D-Link router or switch, look at it softly, unplug it with love, gently put it on your driveway and than roll over it with your car a few times. (Dispose according to your local laws).

Have just installed a new Router.
Cleaned up LL3.6 with Lite Tweaks.
Will see how that goes..... :
