Opera (+ Chrome) Browser and Linux Lite Problems [Can not be solved]
#1
When I go to the forum with Opera I see:

Quote:Unable to complete secure transaction

You tried to access the address https://www.freecinema2022.gq/forums/, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.

Secure connection: fatal error (40) from server.

https://www.freecinema2022.gq/forums/

Failed to connect to server. The reason may be that the encryption methods supported by the server are not enabled in the security preferences.

Please note that some encryption methods are no longer supported, and that access will not be possible until the website has been upgraded to use strong encryption.

And then some advice which does not help.

Nothing fatal because one can open the site from Opera into another browser, but I report this I thought.
I know it has to do with not maintaining of Opera anymore, but maybe you guys can do something
with the site?? This is the only one so far with I see the problem.

Friendly greetings.
Wink

Midori browser has same problem.  See reply #7 on this thread for why it happens.  No solution that I know of, so you'll just have to use a different browser on the forum site (and any others you run into with same problem).
Try Linux Beginner Search Engine for answers to Linux questions.

Thanks for answering, gold_finger. No problem. I'm playing a bit with light browsers.

I have two browsers now which don't display the Linux Lite Forum anymore. Opera and Chrome.
Opera was a known issue, but Chrome is new.
Anybody an idea?
