The version of Linux Lite being used is jammy based.  The gezakovacs PPA software does not have a release compatible with jammy.  This conflict is causing the update process to fail.

The incompatible gezakovacs software should be removed from the system.

After removing the software itself, ensure that the gezakovacs PPA reference is removed from the update list.
Removing the PPA reference from the update list should allow the update to run.

See
https://www.freecinema2022.gq/manual/software.html#pparem

If using PPA software, it is important that the PPA has a release that is compatible with the OS in use.

See this link for advice on selecting and installing PPAs

I opened Software & Updates, clicked the Other Software tab. And sure enough, I had the gezakovacs PPA checked. I unchecked it, left it highlighted and clicked the Remove button, then closed Software and Updates.
That fixed it. Install Updates is running now.
Thank you for the help!

I wasn't sure about how to 'remove the software itself.'  I just made use of the Software & Updates tool (as described above). If I should do something else, please let me know.

You are welcome.

You are correct that removing the gezakovacs PPA from the list only stops the system trying (and failing) to include it during an update.

Full removal of the software will require reversing everything that the install did.
It is possible that the installation of gezakovacs only got as far as adding itself to the repository list but it may have done more.

What instructions did you follow to install the software ?

I don't remember how I installed the gezakovacs PPA. I probably followed instructions on a web site, thinking it would give me access to more software options.
The Update ran fine.
Thanks again
