Hi!
Evert...
I've
also installed Audacity, Telegram, Zoom, Etcher, HandBrake, SSR (SimpleScreenRecorder) and WINE ( and before LL 6.0, Chrome)
from Lite Software and they have all gone from the 'Install Software' list and appear in the 'Remove Software' sections as expected.
Further more: I have launchers for many programs so after setup, I test them all, just in case. I never had trouble, except if I had the programs installed via Synaptic or APT (CLI sequence). In those cases, I remember this weird behaviour appeared. Otherwise, everything went as expected.
In any case, a test for the existence of the Apps, is helpful. Did you test all installed apps? From the Menu? Or from the Desktop Menu?
SteveF, installed OK. I installed OK. You should remove the
label from the topic.
If it were a bug, we were supposed to experience the same behaviour.
I guess reinstalling the software AFTER checking the "broken package" status, will help. At least, this is what I do if things go sideways.
Good luck!
Best regards!
