Not sure what I'm doing differently...I have added Klavaro to 5 laptop or notebooks successfully a couple months ago, but now when I add it (have tried on two different computers) I can see the package in an EDUCATION tab above in the menu, however it doesn't open up on either computer :-\
I tried through both synaptic manager going to "install/remove programs" and when it didn't open up I tried via terminal using a sudo command. Both "appeared" to download the package, but again when I went to it via menu nothing happens when I click on it.
I even updated one of the computers again before downloading it.
Any explanations and suggestions?
Thanks,
Janet

1) Are you asking why the package won't install?
or
2) Are you asking why the installed package won't open?

Why it won’t open...
It has appeared to have installed as it’s listed. When I downloaded it via synaptic manager, install/remove programs then went to terminal to do the sudo thing it said i had the most up to date version yet it would not open.

You may have to rollback to an earlier release version.

Thank you Trinidad and Jerry,
I will attempt to report the bug today and will hopefully succeed, it does seem quite involved however I will get assistance from the help site.
How do I go about getting a previous version? Do I use the apt get with name and version and if so do I have to do more than one line? Or do I go to the site link Trinidad gave me and click on an earlier version? When I have checked the latter out and click on a version to look at it, it seems to list more than one line (download). I’m thinking I need all the lines that are listed..?
Sorry for my inexperience and therefore multitude of questions,
Janet
